2. What Pellis AI Does (and Doesn’t Do)

Pellis AI is designed to help you understand and manage your skin and hair health using AI-powered tools, curated product recommendations, and optional access to qualified professionals.

But let’s be clear:

We are not a medical device.
We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
We do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

Our tools are designed for informational purposes only. If you’re experiencing a serious or worsening condition, please consult a medical professional.

3. Using Pellis AI Responsibly

To use Pellis AI, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during sign-up and when using the app.
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform in any way.
Respect others in our anonymous community, no hate speech, bullying, or spamming.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access (but we really hope we never have to do that).

4. Your Account & Security

You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. If you think someone else is using your account, let us know straight away at support@pellis.ai.

We do our best to keep everything secure, but no platform is 100% immune to security threats. Use Pellis AI at your own discretion.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

You own the content you upload (like your photos, comments, and preferences).

By uploading it to Pellis AI, you give us permission to:

Use it to deliver and improve our services
Anonymise and aggregate it for research or analytics
Store it securely (as explained in our Privacy Policy)

We own all the app’s content, branding, designs, logos, and code. Please don’t reuse or copy it without permission.

6. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

Pellis AI is free to use for most features, but some premium features may require a one-time payment or subscription.

We’ll always make pricing clear before you’re charged. You can cancel any time, but we don’t generally offer refunds for unused portions of subscriptions unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Sometimes, we use third-party providers (like for video consults, analytics, or payments). When you use these features, you may be subject to their terms too.

We’re not responsible for third-party platforms, so please use them wisely.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time — especially as we grow and add new features.

If we do, we’ll post the changes here and notify you through the app or by email if needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate, helpful, and safe services, but we can’t guarantee perfection.

Pellis AI Ltd is not liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of the app.
You use the platform at your own risk.
We’re not responsible for health decisions made based on our app alone.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence where it would be unlawful to do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
